Are you dreaming of your Scottish heritage, or simply yearning for Jamie to call you “Sassenach”? This magnificent pin from the 1800s would have kept his brave and noble kilt from blowing in a saucy direction, and we certainly wouldn’t want that!
Here we have a stunningly crafted, extra-large antique pin/brooch from Scotland featuring many exquisite stones and gemstones: The top is a large deep amber Cairngorn Citrine, with a pale yellow Citrine and an Amethyst to follow on top of inlays of Carnelian, Montrose Banded Agate, Bloodstone, and yellow Chalcedony. These are all within an ornate etched sterling silver setting.
As the perfect historical conversation piece for a man or woman, or for the kilt of your own Scottish laird, it’s just as fashionable today as 200 years ago. I’m running for the Highlands.
C-clasp.
