Set within a gorgeously ornate 9 carat gold scrolled setting with repoussé details, the cameo can be swivelled to reveal a crystal-faced locket in perfect working order. The “secret” receptacle is large enough to hold a photo or other small keepsake and can be worn facing either direction.
