This exceptional French antique combination 18k gold pendant-brooch is an exquisite example of the art of fine antique French jewelry. Made in the late Restoration-Napoleon III era (early – mid 1800s), this exceptional piece features an exquisite dragon with a seed pearl “egg” in its mouth. It is a “Jour et Nuit” (Day and Night”) piece, meaning that the pearl drop is removable.
